Does my email really not go to ChatGPT? +
Correct. Breezemail used to rely on ChatGPT, and it doesn't anymore. Sorting now runs on our own AI, on our own infrastructure, so your email content stays with us and isn't sent to OpenAI or any third party.
Will important emails ever get filed away by mistake? +
Breezemail is trained to spot the mail that actually matters to you and leave it in your inbox. Everything it files stays one click away in its category, so nothing is ever hidden or deleted.
Does it work with company email? +
Yes, with both personal and company mailboxes on Gmail and Outlook. Compliance needs differ by company, so check with your admin if you're on a managed account.
What happens right after I sign up? +
